stores the contact information, profile and resumes of job-seeking candidates
in a centralized location. The Candidate Database is a robust, searchable
data center that is located in a private, secure location, which can be
made available to hiring employers or recruiters for performing skill-based
keyword searches for qualified candidates. Resumes can also be routed
directly to hiring employers by job seekers or recruiters.
Advanced, Intelligent Candidate Searching
ResumeMaker® Candidate Search uses a proprietary
search technology which offers more advanced results and a unique, intelligent
system which learns from each new search and refines future search results
dynamically. Options include a Basic and Advanced search interface and
agents can save candidate profiles and all search results.

and HR managers to deliver resumes to hiring managers that retain the
original formatting recommended by the candidate and preferred by the
hiring manager. Each resume can also be branded with the company logo
and agent contact information could be added automatically, saving hours
of valuable career counselor time. Resumes can be routed directly to hiring
employers or routed directly to local branch offices automatically.
